I read that some thought this smelled like their grandmothers perfume I read that some thought this smelled like their grandmothers perfume….and what is wrong with that? My grandmother wore chanel # 5 and I have a bottle also. I love this perfume, when you first put it on you have to give it time to calm down a bit, then it leaves a sweet wonderful smell that has people saying oh! You smell good, what are you wearing. Grandma would be proud!

pleasantly surprised I got this in a Birchbox not so long ago. Normally I hate the fragrances Birchbox sends out, but this one I actually like. Please note that although lavender scents are often associated with Provence, this is not a lavender-scented fragrance. I’d almost classify it as a more Oriental kind of floral.
