Great generator for the money Setup is easy. I would highly recommend getting the accessory wheel kit, which makes it a lot easier to move the generator around. It started right up on the first pull and is much quieter than I expected. The first time we used it it ran for about 11 hours on about 2 gallons of gas. We did not want an over sized generator as everyone learned after Sandy getting gas is not always as easy as you think. The generator provided enough power to keep our refrigerator, freezer, a few fans and some lights running. We also ran the TV and DirectTV for part of the day.The oil drain plug is in an odd spot, but easy to get to. It is above part of the frame, so some oil will get on the frame while draining the oil. Just take your time and have some rags or paper towels ready.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this generator.

Walter Basil says:

Impressed and pleased with this purchase Great running generator. Installed the wheel and handle kit, added the oil, added gas, started on second pull. Wasn’t expecting it to start on the first pull from a dry carb. It’s gravity fed fuel. It’s going to take 2 or 3 pulls for initial start. Turning it off and then starting back up, yes, 1 pull and it started right up. Powered my Lance 1995 Travel Trailer for several hours with its AC on full. Very satisfied this. Also, with the 30 Amp generator cord (purchased separately) this will be enough to power my furnace, fridge, humidor, lights and a fan (to direct the exhaust of the generator out of the house – just kidding… stupid idea… don’t do that, you will die) during a power outtage.
