Great medicine ball with grips. I really like medicine ball workouts. I, however, have moderate wrist pain, so I started using medicine balls with grips, since it seems to be easier on my wrist and hand muscles. I got a SPRI 8-lb medicine ball on clearance at Dick’s. I liked it so much that I bought a 14-lb SPRI dual grip xerball from Amazon.

Just what I needed. I am swimming and treadmilling and have lost a lot of weight. Now I have jiggly arms. I stopped back by where I did my aqua and land therapy and they told me this would tone my arms without risking my back and would help get rid of the jiggles. Too bad it doesn’t do chins LOL. I got the 8lb because I am 57 and wanted to start slow, but it is perfect and I can feel the difference already. Great buy.

Awsome Had been looking for a dual grip ball all over town but couldn’t find any that were heavier than 10 lbs. This 20 # dual grip ball works great for doing “Russian Twists”, great ab workout!
