Better than the more expensive Misty Mate I had a Misty Mate unit for years and this year the hose randomly started to burst every time I would use it. I knew I would have to replace it and began checking Amazon for pricing. I decided to not get another one of the more expensive Misty Mates with the not very durable hosing and ran into this little Windchiller fan.I decided to go with the Windchiller fan and I am very pleased with it. Unlike the little cheap mister fans from Walmart, this one pumps up and will keep spraying mist as long as you hold down the mist button. I quickly realized the importance of the fan as well. Compared to the fan-less Misty Mate units, this one is much much cooler.One worry I had with this was the “child proof fan”. Normally you will find fans labeled “child proof” do not blow very well but this unit did great!
